Forget your worries in this spacious & serene setting. This 3,600 sq ft getaway sits on a quiet dead end on Seabrook harbor, just down the road from Eastman's where you truly get the best of both worlds! Your front yard is a gorgeous sandbar oasis perfect for floating, fishing, paddle boarding & kayaking, while the main Seabrook beach is a short 5 minute walk. Enjoy viewing the boats, sunsets & fireworks from the welcoming tower room on the 4th level of this unique home! At high tide you'll feel like your're on a cruise ship! The many living spaces make it perfect for friends & families to vacation together! The ground level consists of a 2 car garage with plenty of storage for bikes and water toys, along with a 1 bedroom apartment complete with an open kitchen and living room, and bath with shower. The 2nd floor consists of the main kitchen, dining and living areas, as well as the main bedroom with king bed, laundry area, main bath having a full tub and shower plus an extra shower, and a large deck perfect for relaxing, grilling or entertaining! The 3rd floor has another living area with a nook that has a trundle day bed with 2 twin mattresses, a bonus area we call the "card room", as it's got a table perfect for playing cards or games, along with a full size sleeper sofa, 2 bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom has a queen size bed, and the other has 2 queens and a single pullout loveseat. Just above the card room is the 4th floor tower room having 6 swivel rockers inside, and the upper deck having 2 pub tables and 8 chairs, all perfect for enjoying coffee or cocktails while taking in the fireworks or the quiet beauty of the sunsets, birds and boats. Should you want to venture out from the serenity of the Harbor House that was featured on HGTV's Beach Hunters, you can walk to 1 of the 5 restaurants just at the beginning of the street, 3 of these offer live music and entertainment! There is a market for your convenience there as well! You also have, Hampton Beach, Salisbury Beach, Newburyport, Plum Island and Rye at your fingertips, all offering a variety of activities, shopping and restaurants! The home is equipped with 5 tv's, internet, AC, all kitchen essentials, a gas grill, an outdoor shower with hot & cold water, a new firepit table, and all linens, bath and beach towels are provided! Driveway parking for 4-6 cars depending on the size of the vehicle. There is no on street parking allowed.

Summary: We so Loved our stay!!! Prob going back! Everything as mentioned. Except the spa is no longer there. We didn't care as we wanted the ocean. A group of 15 and we still had room to breathe and have our own space. A Gem!

Summary: 3 families shared the house, it was a great place we enjoyed a lot of things in the area but we enjoyed the fireworks right front the deck at the house. The owner was available for every call and text and recommended some great places to eat.

Summary: OMGoodness, this property was exceptional. House was comfotable with room for all. Family games at the hugh table , while others enjoyed tv and the deck that overlooked the water. Water was cold of course but we still got in. Enjoyed the fact it was right here. Can't say enough about this vacation spot. The host seems so down to earth and welcoming. It was FANTASTIC! !!!!

Summary: This property was absolutely perfect for our family gathering. The decorating details were greatly appreciated. The house was stocked very well. Clean and comfortable! Location was amazing with just a short walk to Hampton Beach, but most water playtime was right at the house, as the water came up right to the bottom steps! At low tide walks in the title pools, and the flats were so much fun for the kids! Every amenity was provided and allowed for lifelong family memories. Will return!

Summary: We were a family of 4 adults, twin boys and a teen - each of us found spaces within the house to enjoy! The house has clean comfortable beds, a lovely living area with bay windows facing the Hampton river, cozy spaces for a teen to get her privacy, gorgeous views of the Hampton river from the main floor as well as an octagonal "tower room" as we called it. We enjoyed connect4 and scrabble on the 10 seater dining table provided by the owner. We were on the private beach everyday collecting shells and enjoyed the big float during high tide everyday that we were there! The sunsets on the deck facing the Hampton river are gorgeous! The owner was extremely helpful and answered all my questions patiently, responded quickly to all my queries and requests! Highly recommend staying here with family and friends!
